Bento #99 Gingerbread man

Posted by Journal Mommy Yenny at 5:10 PM
Continue with Christmas excitement, I made these bentos

I was thinking to do this gingerbread man in different way, so, yes, the half-part body was intentionally. It seemed that they just came out from somewhere, right?

The gingerbread man on top of white steamed rice, was made from egg sheet mixed with some drops of chocolate artificial food-colorant. The green buttons were egg sheet too, while facial part and scarf were made from kani. I was just too tired to make them all from egg sheets.

Aside from gingerbread man, the kids also had boiled kani rolls, sauteed leafy vegetables with carrot star and some boiled edamames.

Mister J said "Cool...I have biscuit-man in my lunch!" Always so funny with his statements.

Here is a closer look

I am excited for two things
First, today is Friday (of course)..yeay! It means, I will be waking up late on tomorrow morning LOL
Second, this is my 99th bento...hooraayy...so I will have my 100th on next Monday. Ah...could not believe that I will reach the number very soon!

Think that I need to celebrate this *wink wink*
