Time goes by so quickly. It seems only yesterday that we welcomed year 2012.
Since kids are in their school holidays, I made this for hubby.

Inside the first box: white steamed rice, covered by egg sheet, carrots and edamame pieces.
I punched out the letters "New Year". Actually I was about to have "2013" :b Too bad, just realized that I do not have numbering punchers LOL
Inside the second box: grilled chicken wings and salad.
I intended to do Waldorf salad, however, I did not have walnuts. Thus, I had it with frozen mixed veggie, toasted almonds, apples and raisins. Mixed them all with mayo and salt for taste.
Eventually, this lunch was eaten by mister J ha..ha..ha..
Hubby said, as they went out together. J was hungry and ate this lunch right away. I am so amazed since we have fed him before leaving the house an hour ago.
