Bento 171 pink piggy

Posted by Journal Mommy Yenny at 10:33 AM
Good morning....

Today is their first day to return to school after Christmas and New year holidays. They were so excited to get back to class as they missed their classmates *so sweet!*

This is the bento that I made. Previously I did some bento in piggy theme, but not in pink, I suppose {^.^}

Inside the heart-shaped box: pink piggy onigiri - made from pink denbu- decorated with cheese for nose and ears, nori for eyes and mouth; boiled quail eggs, pan fried mini home-made burger, boiled cheese-stuffed hanpen, edamame, a mini mandarin and ketchup in orange cup.

The nose was cracked a little bit and I was too lazy hurry to replace it. Last night, I tried to make flowered quail eggs, using cutter. I guess it wasn't quite successful :p

Notice the pink Usagi rabbit food pick on the burger? I just bought a pack of them and excited to use one. Hope the rabbit will become a good companion for the pig LOL

Have a nice day.....

@ rabbitcancook, hai Mei
warna pink nya pake "denbu" cari di supermarket yg agak gede dan jualan sushi, biasanya ada. Bentuknya di tray kecil putih (dalam plastik) dan ditaruh di bagian sushi. Denbu is actually abon ikan. Jadi bentuknya serbuk and so pinky. Ditaburi di atas nasi anget dan diaduk rata...hope it helps :b
