Bento 165 Pine Tree

Posted by Journal Mommy Yenny at 11:27 AM
Happy Monday...

The usually busiest day of the week... for me...

Last night, little B had a very late bed time and this morning - as predicted - he whined and all teary-eyes in getting dressed for school. I was a bit nervous in kitchen preparing boxes while hearing his voice.

I asked hubby to first send twins to school, in avoiding them to be late. Normally, hubby dropped all of them before 7 am so miss L and mister J will get into classes on time. Mister B officially has 30 minutes later to start his class and hubby will hang around with him for a while in school before he finally gets in. This morning he had to go back and forth from home to school, luckily it is a close distance.

He had: fried rice with mixed vegetables, boiled broccoli, 'pine tree' zucchini and some apples. The star on top of tree was made from cheese.
His big brother and sister have the same thing, however, only his box that I could managed to take the picture at.

After those cuties left, I had a quiet me-time.
For lunch, I prepared: inari zushi filled with furikake, mini zucchini 'pine tree' and gari (pink ginger). A shitake and some shimeji mushrooms. Also some apple pieces and edamame. All were quick-boiled except for apples and zucchini.

It was my first time to have shimeji for my lunch. Just love it!

My little sister came over and will spend 2 nights in our home. I imagine that they will have good times while I am in the office :)

Have a great start of the week \^.^/
