Bento #113 Chicken Wings

Fried chicken wings are never fail to please my kids :D


Fried chicken wings -middle part- on top of white rice and scattered with edamame pieces.
The fruits were oranges and rabbit apples. 

Although their eyes sparkled brightly this morning after looking into these boxes, I reminded kids to eat fruits before rice and the wings. Hope they remember this new habit :)

@ nomad girl, secara umum, buah2an begitu masuk ke perut, akan mulai dicerna dlm wkt 15 min, sedangkan daging sktr 2 jam. so, kalo makan daging dulu, buah akan ngantri belakangan. then kalo uda ketahan, buah akan ter-fermentasi dan mengeluarkan gas (gas-nya ada kandungan alkohol sedikit). So, gas ini yang biasanya bikin kembung dan kadar alkohol dikit itu, akan bikin anak kurang napsu makan in the long run. Kalo mau makan buah abis makan, seharusnya nunggu 5-6 jam after meal. wah gak ribet deh, jadi biasanya memang disarankan di awal. Aturan yg bener jg harusnya ada jeda waktu dikit antara buah and meal, tapi during their age now, uda mulai habit dibalik gitu jg uda bagus deh..step by step aja :)
