The bear's face is made from inari (tofu skin), purchased from supermarket.
Filled with rice mixed with sesame seeds. Add a pea for his face and nori for eyes and mouth.
The tricky part is to stick meatball-ears to it's head, hm... ,I use dry noddle to stick into.
For others are boiled crab, tuna roll, quail egg (cut in half).
The desserts are caramelized sweet potato and a marshmallow.
