She still likes to snacking for school and requests this french toast.
ok...no problem....had been trained before..ha ha..

in white box is fruit salad.

He spontaneously said no, when I offer him french toast for lunch box

I am wrapping fish cake and fish ball with nori. Put in srambled egg mixed with corn also some vegetables.

Just practicing the egg molds while I already had them for ages.

Without asking, I am sure he would love to have this egg-car

I dyed the egg mold with yellow food coloring, but perhaps the color is not strong enough because the egg does not look yellow at all! Will try to do it again next time.
Under the car, is sauteed salmon flakes. I put zucchini cuts as to make bamboo trees (well, doesn't look like ones), boiled sausages with edamame on top and a mandarin fruit-basket.

Same thing with the egg-car, this egg-fish doesn't look yellow at all. Gezh!

A little "accident" happened. When I open the egg-mold after immerse it into cold water, I just realized that I miss the tail!
Eventually, the egg doesn't shaped up to the tail part, thus all I get is the tail-less fish.
Ouch, what to do...I am running out of time if I have to boil another egg.
Thus, I create a tail from zucchini, and finish it by adding nori for eye and scales.
Surround the fish, some zucchini are placed as to make water ripples.

Last thing to do, hoping the kids will like and finish their lunch :-)
