I seldom make a bento for myself. Not because I don't want to, but mostly due to time limited. After making some bento for kids, it is always about time for me to go.
This morning, however, the nanny had prepared lunches for kids.
So I just prepared mine.
Few days ago, I came across packages of meat-substitute in frozen section of a supermarket. They are mainly used for making vegetarian dishes. There are several kinds and I chose one bag contained satay. Perhaps I will try other menu in some other time, such as ribs, crispy chicken, chicken in pandan leaves, etc. Sounds yummy, hm?
Inside the box
* White steamed rice with furikake on top
* Sauteed vegetables: carrot, zucchini, yellow bell pepper and button mushroom
* Vegetarian satay
* Cherry tomatoes
* Strawberries
Have a nice day ~^o^~
