Bento 177 and 178

Posted by Journal Mommy Yenny at 11:41 AM
Let's continue the preparation in welcoming Chinese New Year......yay....

for her

She had white rice mixed with beef floss, hanpen, carrot flower, sauteed green bean with tempeh and strawberry.
I wish to have a Chinese girl, but eventually she looked like a Japanese girl.
The girl hanpen was decorated with kani and nori.

for him
He had white rice mixed with beef floss, sauteed green bean with tempeh, carrot star, zucchini, edamame, hanpen, strawberry and grape.
In this box, the boy was made from hanpen also decorated with kani, cheese and jelly ball -thanks to Lia- for hat. His face was decorated with nori. He was carrying a kani red envelope.

Does he look like a Chinese boy to you?   ^.^

Goodness Yenny, those are just too cute to eat! Excellent job.
Chinese girl reminds me of the girls doing Chinese Opera. Love the adorable boy especially with the red envelope :)
