Lasagna

Never tried to do lasagna before

Just found an oven-ready pasta sheet in a box. Grab some ground beef, mushrooms, onion and mozzarella cheese altogether. I did not refer to any recipe. So, just tossed-in a spoon of margarine and chopped onion into frying pan. When onion looked tender, I put in the ground beef and chopped mushrooms. Sprinkled with salt, pepper and crushed oregano to taste. Lastly, to put ketchup and stirred evenly. No style at all. LOL

Preheat the oven, I used 150 C for 30 min. Coated square glassware with margarine, then placed pasta sheets and beef-mixed, sliced zucchini, grated parmesan, mozzarella. Then re-do again another layers from pasta sheets. Ah...! I should use spinach but I didn't have in hand. Zucchini will do good.

The glass tin was too big :D  I do not have the perfect size, either too small or too big. I went for too big.

I can't taste it myself, it was so meaty. So, I asked my hubby to taste this. He said "it is cheesy..." Ah..!

Enjoy a bite or more

I need other proof. So I packed some for kids and some for my work colleagues.
The kids said "it is good" Ah..! Love them for always like my cooking
The co-workers also said "it is good" Hm..... Want some?
