I just realized have not maximized the usage of my quail cutter. I use this today to make piggy bento. The pigs were made from boiled quail eggs, decorated with punched cheddar cheese for their mouth and ears. As usual, the eyes were from nori and rosy cheeks were from dabs of ketchup. Hm..the cutter is surely handy!
Vegetables added to create a balanced meal, flowery baby corns, carrots and edamame pieces (I love edamame! don't know for sure why...). For protein, they have chicken bits, made from cubed boneless chicken breast, sprinkled with salt, pepper and coarse bread-crumb before fried them. Last but not least, the orange pieces.
Mister J made a funny remark "wow, pigs! cool...!" LOL

Okay, I just love this one Yenny! I always yearned for the quail egg cutter but can't justify the $ when I don't make enough quail eggs. But really love the way the piggies turned out! And the baby corn flowers! I never use baby corn but this makes me want to. Have a great weekend to you too dear!

sometimes I bought stuff because I want to, not because I need to. I had this cutter for sometime, but just used it once or twice. Thus, I think I need to make quail cute creatures more often hahaha...
