Not much of bento posts these days, as many projects are coming up my way. Thus, sometimes, I made simple dishes to put into their box lunches. I did not think the menu were post-able, ha ha ha
By today, the school has an internal program to encourage independency of students. Uniquely, they were asked to wear non-uniform shirts, bring spare clothes, sandals, ready to go and drink milk and pillows. Hiyaaa... kids were so excited in able to bring own pillows to school and I wonder what the event would be. Usually the school lasted for 3 hours but only today they will stay in school for 7 hours. Well, I'll hear their stories later on.
I imagine the twins are having their "slumber party" now to nap using pillow and blanket. LOL.
Other items are braised buttered prawns, steamed baby carrots, tamagoyaki and sliced dragon fruits.
Hahaha...the shape of tamagoyaki was not as nice as I expected to, I think it was due to less yolk eggs used. Will do better in next time. The faces were decorated by nori and red-part of kamaboko.
Have a lovely weekend, pals...
