Today's lunch menu for kids is chicken katsu
It is skinless chicken breast, dipped in white eggs and covered with bread crumb before frying.
While plainly chicken pieces shall not look tempting enough, I put 2 lines of nori thin sheets, as to make a railway for a cheese-train, using a toothpick. The windows are made from kani sheets while the smokes are made from cut-outs cheese, using small straw. After finish, I doubt myself if it is a train or a bus..? ^o^
On top of rice portion are steamed broccoli and cantaloupe.
I hide some tiny bits of chicken katsu under broccoli bushes. So, when they eat the veggie, they will have a pleasant surprise, as I am sure they like this dish.
Do you see them? no..? it means I hide them well. Ha ha ha

Myself have to leave office early and get some more sleep. I think I will catch a cold soon, since my bones feel sore and headache.

These definately look like trains! :) I hope you don't get sick. Be sure to get extra rest and take some vitamin C.

Bagus kok,emang stlh elo bilang gua baru ngeh kalau train jenselanya satu ya:D. Luna dan Jovan gak butuh kuah2 untuk makan ya? Denzel kalau makan kering2 begini suka seret dan minta minum banyak dan akhirnya kembung air duluan deh.
