This morning was cloudy, luckily it was raining heavily right AFTER the picture taking.
Haaa...I had realized what went wrong. I should hand mould the chicken with the help of plastic wrap, to get smooth rice balls. With bare hands, even after wetting my hands with heavy salted water, the shape will not firm enough. Will remember this for next making.
I put some beef floss beneath chicks, as to resemble their nest and also to provide a steady laying position for those cute chicks.
Inside each box is steamed green squash, baby carrot, grape tomato, pig-head tofu (frozen bought) and mango jellied for dessert.
